Impact Evaluation of Development Programs has emerged from SBC principal’s expertise in this area resulting from review of more than 100 development programs while working in IFC’s Independent Evaluation Group and having conducted myriad impact evaluations and studies on development effectiveness. Given Ms. Chaffin’s strong background in macroeconomics, sovereign risk, development and program design, identification of outcomes and impact, and assignment of attribution is possible.
